Village Mayor’s Court

The Mayor’s Court adjudicates the violation of Village ordinances, such as traffic tickets. Court Sessions for contested tickets are held at East Canton Village Hall, 130 Cedar St. South, on the First and Third Wednesday of every month (unless otherwise noted). Doors open at 5:15 pm, with court readings beginning at 5:30 pm.

Non-contested tickets may be paid to the appointed court date by mailing a check or money order payable to East Canton Mayor’s Court, 130 Cedar St. South, East Canton, OH 44730, or placed in the dropbox outside the double glass doors at the Village Hall. Non-contested tickets may also be paid in person at Village Hall during regular business hours Monday – Friday, 10:00 am – 4:00 pm.
