Transient Solicitation Permit

BE IT KNOWN: That I, David Spencer, Mayor of the Village of East Canton, pursuant to Current Ohio Basic Code Ordinance of the Village of East Canton, have this day granted a “Transient Solicitation Permit” unto:

To sell products door to door within the Corporate Limits of East Canton, Ohio from 13TH day of APRIL 2024 to the 31st day of OCTOBER, 2024, unless revoked by order of the Mayor.
Hours of Solicitation
Hours: 9:00 am to 9:00 pm during daylight savings time
Hours: 9:00 am to 8:00 pm remainder of year.
NO SUNDAY Solicitation.
Cannot Solicit a Residence that has a posted No Solicitation sign.
A proper picture ID (identification} must be vlslblllty worn during the permit cycle.
