We are pleased to announce that the Ohio EPA Division of Drinking and Ground Water (DDAGW) has officially verified that all outstanding obligations under the Bilateral Compliance Agreement have been successfully completed as of September 19, 2023. This achievement marks a significant milestone for our Village, resulting in the award of the coveted Ohio EPA Green License to Operate and Maintain a Public Water System.
This accomplishment is a testament to the unwavering commitment and dedication of our Village Administrator, Ed Collins, and his team. Their perseverance and diligence in upholding the highest standards of excellence have played a pivotal role in this achievement. Mayor Spencer and the Village Council thank Mr. Collins and his team for their outstanding efforts.
The Ohio EPA Green License signifies compliance with regulatory standards and a commitment to providing our community with clean and safe drinking water. It reaffirms our commitment to the well-being of our residents and the environment.
