Solicitation Permit Issued
As Mayor, part of my responsibilities involves approving legally obtained solicitation permits. The issued permit is for Kevin Krimmel, representing Interstate Gas Supply Co. The solicitation permit outlines the following conditions:
- Operating Hours:
- 9:00 am to 9:00 pm during daylight saving time.
- 9:00 am to 8:00 pm for the rest of the year.
- No Sunday Solicitation.
- No Solicitation at Residences with Posted Signs.
- ID Requirement:
- A visible and worn picture ID is mandatory during the permit cycle.
If you are uncomfortable or do not want to be bothered, I recommend displaying a visible No Solicitation sign to prevent solicitation on your property. For public awareness, a copy of the permit is attached. If the above requirements are not being complied with please get in touch with the Village Police or Village Hall.
