Stark Co. Stormwater Pipe Committee MS4

This layer is the combination of county-owned-and-maintained stormwater data collected by the Stark County Engineer and township-owned-and-maintained data collected in coordination with the Stark County Regional Planning Commission. It also includes the municipal separate storm sewer systems (MS4) for all of Stark County’s cities except for Massillon. This layer provides view-only layers for pipes, structures, ditches, and appurtenances associated with these storm sewer systems. The schema for these layers was inspired by the ESRI Local Government Model and adjusted to better meet the needs of the county and its townships.
