The purpose of the Village of East Canton Zoning Ordinances is, in part, to promote and protect public health, safety, morals, comfort, and the general welfare of the village residents. Zoning ordinances establish standards and regulations for land development within the Village. From time to time, the ordinances are amended due to various reasons.
